Gained a pound!! Went out to eat with Deb, Carl and Jess for my birthday. Had salmon with rice and broccoli but also had parmesan crusted asparagus and pub pretzel sticks and 1/2 a piece of honey wheat bread. So I guess I can't complain.

Back to the basics today!!!



BLOOD SUGAR LEVEL IS 101 AT 8:20 A.M.
238.8 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 78.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
