Gained a pound!! Went out to eat with Deb, Carl and Jess for my birthday. Had salmon with rice and broccoli but also had parmesan crusted asparagus and pub pretzel sticks and 1/2 a piece of honey wheat bread. So I guess I can't complain.
Back to the basics today!!!
