Quad focused leg day
+ 32 minutes on the stair stepper (99 floors)

Got plenty of rest (8.5 hrs of sleep) & carb loaded last night.
189.4 lb Lost so far: 48.6 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
