Today is the 3rd... I've not done very well with the diet since the 1st. More like "what diet??" - and today I've been bored out of my mind... overwhelmed with things to do around the house... thus I've been grazing all day. I'm having dinner with my brother tonight. I know we'll probably go out for burgers, so... not remotely worried about what else I eat today. I already feel like a big tub of goo, so... what's a burger, fries, and milkshake to add to that, huh? I shall try and do better tomorrow for sure, but come Monday... THINGS WILL DEFINITELY BE HEALTHY!! I know that once I lose some weight my energy level will elevate as well. That won't happen soon enough!
