Weight sems to stay within range of a few pounds either way. Body Fat % is also holding. I am sure if I R-E-A-L-L-Y push I could start trending downwards faster. Right now life has been keeping me running and traveling for my busines so the difficulty factor has increased. Still healthy according to my bloodwork.
