Ate well yesterday hit almost 1400 calories and banged every nutritional marker. Cept the two stubborn ones. Zinc and Phosporous. Need some Nutrient BOMB oysters.
Ok yesterday was very tough physically-- Started with 6am Spin Class then straight to 7PM squash. Both very intense. Then an hour beach walk.
Afternoon was 530 PM spin class followed by 7PM squash. Again both very intense. FOOD was cut off at 4PM and have not eaten sinceā€¦..After the intense exercise and burning more the 2000 caloriesā€¦.I have woke up in middle of 15 hour fast with the DELICIOUS feeling of emptiness and the desire to connect spiritually and continue the fast well into this amazing Friday.

Onward and upward.
181.9 lb Lost so far: 10.9 lb.    Still to go: 13.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 6.3 lb a week
