Still at same weight, trying to not get discouraged, should be happy it's not a weight gain.

Going back looking at carb counts on item packages, and in the carb counter book and there are few differences. I've always thought should follow carb count less fiber count for your net carbs directly from the package label, right ?

Walked this morning my 45 minutes, then walked Shotzie. Trying to stay positive :)
183.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Not fast - I just looked at your diet calendar. Where are your veggies?

Buffy, well my veggies are lettuce (not every day) with radishes, cucumbers, tomatoes with shredded cheddar cheese... I know I'm suppose to eat at least 1 salad a day, but somehow that always doesn't happen. That's where most of my veggies are coming from now. I went back to my food journal from the first of year when in Arizona and noticed we ate more fresh veggies that I steamed, and I'm not doing that now. Got any suggestions for me ? I'm not a real plan ahead person on cooking, so that's another issue as well.

Notfast - sent you a PM. Everyone has their own way of doing things but I have no will power when it comes to food - so I have to surround myself with "allowed" goodies. This way I'm not tempted to cheat. This does require lots of planning (something else I'm not good at - but am working on). Steamed veggies are great too!

Yes for your net carbs its the carb count minus the fibre. I am thinking of just counting the total carbs to see if it makes any difference.
