I’ve been afraid to step on the scale since I got home from a weeks break and I’m glad I’m still on the right track. Progress is progress I still have to work on remembering that and also the negative relationship I have with my body.
167.6 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 24.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
