Have started walking this week. Tuesday 9/29 and Wednesday 9/30 and Thursday 10/1 walked two miles. On 10/2 walked 20 minutes on treadmill.
214.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
