Ok. Enough is enough. NOT going to continue with the daily weigh in. Once or maybe twice a week from now on so I don’t ruin the “bad” mornings.
241.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
