Last week was my brithday so I ate poorly the whole weekend and a couple of days more, so I think it's not that terrible that I ganed only half a kilo. I have to start working out more in order to finally go back under 75 kg...
171.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.5 lb a week
