First time logging foods.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week

Just be reasonably accurate and honest with yourself.

Logging helps you identify foods with excessive caloric content. This forum can help you find alternatives that satisfy you for fewer calories. But, like TomLong says, be honest with yourself.
