Ate exceptionally well yesterday Hit my nutritional markers except 2 that are stubborn. Phosperous and Zinc. Need to get some Oysters. Just 2 of those super bombs blow away the zinc number. Did two hard workouts yesterday. Evening was tough Spin class. So in 1 MONTH month through dedicated work on CRON diet and High Intensity cario I have taken my Blood pressure from---- 140/90 down to 114/66. With High Blood pressure in the family this is remarkable. I credit dedicated diet and HIGH intensity Cardio. In that time I have had no processed food. No added Salt no processed surgars. Since January 15 I have come from 208 and now at 182.5. In that time I have completed an 8 day water fast with nothing but water and another 38 hour water fast.

at 55 years old no medication…..

No counting Carbs No counting Protein….just monitoring so I hit all Nutritional Markers and getting to 100% of recommended protein due to hard workouts!
182.5 lb Lost so far: 10.3 lb.    Still to go: 14.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 2.1 lb a week
