Lost a few ounces!!! Even after screwing my diet with Red Robin. I am glad I didn't gain. Still not sleeping thru the night!!!!! Frustrating!!







BLOOD SUGAR LEVEL IS 116 AT 8:55 P.M.
237.8 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 77.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
