Weight is still the same. Ate Red Robin for dinner. Can't eat it like I used to. Felt sick afterward. Only ate a 1/3 of it!!! I suppose that's a good thing!!!!!










BLOOD SUGAR LEVEL IS 247 AT 8:51 P.M. THANKS RED ROBIN!!!!!
238.4 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 78.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
