Outstanding day yesterday…CRON is the key !!! Ate well was under 1000 calories but by using CRON hit all my nutritional markers. This concept of CARBS vs PROTEIN and all that poppycock needs to be replaced with CRON. Nutrition is the magic bullet. Solid day of exercise with Spin class, 40 minute Run, 10 Minute Row and some Resistence training. Over all a solid day….Onward and Upward.
182.8 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 5.6 lb a week
