Makes grim reading BUT scales keep giving different readings, so this them placed on hard bathroom floor to avoid the carpet pile. Plan to keep to this for consistency.
162.8 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 34.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
