Seems only one meal per day that too heavy at 2 pm and walking 7 km in wednesday once per week and sunday cycle 2 km to church to and fro only and starving need to walk on saturday 7 km also shoes worn out due to walking walking is best .daily walking would benificial for muscle mass and healthy weight 78.4 can't belive octover 2020 weight i was 86 few months back or 84 .
172.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 32.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
