Focus Girl Focus. I don't think im eating enough right now. Just going thru some junk and taking a few days to get back on track.
154.7 lb Lost so far: 23.3 lb.    Still to go: 9.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

no. was by myself so didn't really feel up to it. I feel like I wasted a great weekend. had a hard time doing much of anything. my friends got me out for a bit which was really nice. then went a looked at new houses with another friend. she is so nervous. glad I could be there for her. then I also go a call ive been waiting on. my neighbors finally are willing to sell me part of their land. woot woot. but to me honest im having a hard time getting excited over that. im not one to get depressed but I guess im just feeling in the dumps right now. broke up with bf. I found pics in his phone that should not have been there. not old ones either. :( he is working hard to get me back but my trust and heart got broke. I don't think I can do it with all the other issues.

It is hard with the junk, I know. Pi day and Girl Scout cookies...too much temptations.. I need to stay focused too.
