I have gained all the weight back that I lost back in 2006, except for 5 lbs. I kept it off for 3 years with no problem, however when I moved to florida in 2009, I started gaining the weight bavk gradually amd i just was not able to pull back. I want to start with short term goals so it won't be so much at once. Ultimately, I want to get down to 140, but i will be starting with short term goals of 10lbs, then when I reach that another 10. I think I am finally ready to get myself back on track. 265 here I come!
