Did a good easy work out yesterday, Dips x 3 sets of 15 reps, Pull ups x 3 sets of 6 reps and Chin ups x 3 sets of 6 reps
188.7 lb Lost so far: 7.9 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
