Things haven't been going too well. I know my weight wasn't brilliant to begin with but i was trying really hard, and when i went back to the endocrinologist, my doctor told me i had put on another pound and had ago at me, even got a chart out to show how bad my BMI is, even though my BMI at the point was only one point over the healthy range. It put me back a bit, and i got really upset and i stopped followly my diet and exercise plan as much, then my Dad got diagnosed with terminal cancer. Since then i've put on more weight and i've completely stopped following my diet plan. TO make it worse, i may not even be able to fit in to my prom dress if this gets any worse. So I need to start recording my weight, and following my diet and exercise so much more or reach the weight i need to be. I'm determined to get there. :)
