Things haven't been going too well. I know my weight wasn't brilliant to begin with but i was trying really hard, and when i went back to the endocrinologist, my doctor told me i had put on another pound and had ago at me, even got a chart out to show how bad my BMI is, even though my BMI at the point was only one point over the healthy range. It put me back a bit, and i got really upset and i stopped followly my diet and exercise plan as much, then my Dad got diagnosed with terminal cancer. Since then i've put on more weight and i've completely stopped following my diet plan.
TO make it worse, i may not even be able to fit in to my prom dress if this gets any worse. So I need to start recording my weight, and following my diet and exercise so much more or reach the weight i need to be.
I'm determined to get there. :)
162.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 51.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

So sorry about your dad. Exercise is a great stress reliever, if nothing more than taking a walk.

I'm so sorry about your dad. Stress can do a doozie on how your body holds onto fluids and fat. Stay determined and keep your chin up. We're all in this together. xo

Yes, exercise of some sort may help relieve your stress.

I am sorry to hear about your Dad. I am also sorry how upset your doctor made you. That probably was not the intention, but I can understand how hard that is to hear. Please take care of yourself. :)
