Alrighty then! Knee surgery definitely set back exercise for four months, which always plays into my eating habits.
Back on the bikeā€¦back on the road to better eating and listening to my body.
I would love a daily accountability partner if anyone would like to volunteer.
Did walk Pilates to start the day, now heading out for a bike ride. Bowl of cereal to put some energy in (Life cereal with unsweetened almond milk).
Sending love to all those battling the bad brain narrative.
165.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
