I lost 50lbs a couple of yrs ago, then stopped tracking and put 10lbs back on over the next yr. I am now a life long food tracker, because I have a problem with food. Most of on here have a problem with food. Tracking it is accountability. Tracking helps us swap bad foods for good foods. Tracking keeps us healthy.
