ate very well last night and when i snacked it was on the right things. Was in Calorie debt due to hard exercise earlier in the day. I felt like snacking in the evening last night so had Frozen non sweetened Cherries and Low Fat yogurt. It is amazing how once we retrain our taste buds something like Cheeries and yogurt becomes as much as a treat as HAGEN DAZ…… AMAZING!
Well onward and upward…. have a CRON amazing day.
