Was not counting calories from August 2014 through February 28, 2015. Was trying to eat the same way without measuring and writing everything I ate and drank on a daily basis. Started counting calories again on March 1st. My starting weight then was 137. I gained 6.5 pounds during the time I didn't measure/weigh or write down my daily intake so I went back to 1200 calories max per day with a free day once a week. Hope
