I am on a journey of being by myself for a little while. This journey is not easy. Loneliness and heartache is hard. It is hard to cook for just one. But today I got up, got dressed and I made my bed now on to this new day.
285.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 140.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
