No weight loss. Had dinner with the grandkids last night. Thought I did quite well considering. Keep watching carbs and counting calories.

I had scrambled eggs with cheese and sausage for breakfast. Trying to break the breakfast boredom!!!!



BLOOD SUGAR LEVEL IS 111 AT 11:26 A.M.
239.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 79.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
