well. day 3 at the same weight. not sure why my body does this. I guess it takes 3 days to straighten out once I goof. will see what tomorrow holds in store at the scale. :)
157.1 lb Lost so far: 20.9 lb.    Still to go: 12.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
