Had to buy new clothes for 2nd time and found some older clothes packed away. I thought by now I would start to plateau and maybe I should start eating more (at the request of my dietician) but with all the fiber and water, I am just not that hungry.

Recently I posted about the excess skin on my right side from all the weight loss. I thought it might have been because I take many hot showers each day for the pain on my left side. I thought it was possible this was increasing the circulation and extraction of fat closer to the skin. I showed the VA doctor the difference and she believes it could be from increase circulation on the left side but also a decrease of circulation on my right side because I always sleep on my right side and the pressure/weight would prevent circulation. So it is probably 2 reasons for this. But I still believe that the hot water washes away the old skin and maybe hard on the skin but new skin will always grow back esp if you eat enough protien.
255.0 lb Lost so far: 74.0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Save a buck or two and shop at second hand shops. Good Will is where a lot of us shop while losing. Good job on the loss.
