Had an amazing Salad-- Broccoli, Fresh Tuna, Brussel Sprouts, Green Beans, 1 Egg, 2 Oysters/// When Food is a Vitamin Pill Hunger is reduced because you get all important nutrition!!! The challenge I see repeatedly on FS is people concerned about Carbs and Protein but no on talks of NUTRITION??? That is your key factor. Get 100% of your nutrition from the LEAST amount of Calories possible. The CRON Method of eating! Solid exercise yesterday. Onward and Upwards
