Not sure why the weight loss is as slow as it is. I still think the extra desk time (and mindless snacking there) has contributed to the initial gain. One observation I have made is when I snack less I do tend to eat more at my regular meals. Have to pay more attention to balancing the meals and snacks.
190.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
