No excuses. It was all my fault. I had too many carbs and not enough fruit and vegetables. Also one thing I ate not just once but twice was potato chips. I had not eaten potato chips in months. Today is a new day and a new week for me. I need to also stop the emotional eating. I solemly swear to do better this next week . I have a seminar to attend this weekend. So I need to improve my thinking.
239.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 59.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
