252.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I just don't understand the human body, or mine anyway. Two successive weigh ins at 248 and today 252. That means I had a net intake of 14,000 calories which is crazy not right. Scale shows four lbs increase. I haven't eaten that much food by weight! I just can't win.
