午餐-自帶便當(黑紫米、洋蔥蛋、大陸妹、花椰菜、涼拌木耳菇菇)

晚餐-丹丹(辣脆雞堡、熱狗、紅醬薯條、米糕)

下午點心-榴槤糖
晚上點心-腰果

吃太多了
要這樣記錄真的好抗拒
但是沒有記只會繼續胖爆
有夠煩
其實沒有那麼想飲控吧我
143.5 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
