I lost 50lbs back between July and December of 21 but I was eating low carb/lean and chicken got hard to find, then I hurt my back and then had some personal life challenges and then I just said fk it.. now... I'm after it 😁 170, here I come!

@DRD... I went through a similar situation years ago. There was alot going on & I had also reached my goal. I also thought I had become invincible, and could handle SAD at that point, TBH. Had a 98 lb loss & gained it back. Lesson learned the hard way! I know now that this is not a diet for me, it has to be a lifestyle change. We've got this! 🙂
