ok. up again on the weekend. wow. but im ok with it. we ate a Hinode last night. A Japanese Steak house. lots of salt. I past on rice and noodles and had veggies with chicken and shrimp. I should be ok by tomorrow again. watching all the salt and soy sauce and butter had me cringing. lol but other than that I was good all weekend.
157.4 lb Lost so far: 20.6 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
