This is exciting. I know some of this is water weight, but some of it isn't. It makes me look forward to seeing what the doctor's scale is going to say in a couple of days. I do have to remember to get proper sleep, however; that is just as much key as anything else.
289.6 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 132.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
