Gained weight!!!!! Tired of the carb thing and still gaining!!! Sugar level off the chart last night even after sticking to carbs diet!!!









BLOOD SUGAR LEVEL IS 96 AT 9:06 A.M.
242.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 82.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
