No weight loss!!! Had salmon for dinner last night with sweet potatoes and a third of a chef salad. Finish the chef salad for lunch with the chicken sausages.
Had a pear for snack.





BLOOD SUGAR LEVEL IS 280 at 9:40 P.M.
241.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 81.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
