Well there has certainly been a lot on my plate lately and the urge to shove food in my face has been overwhelming on some days. But then I got a cold and I couldn't taste much. I call it a blessing because it broke the vicious cycle I had fallen into and I managed to break the habit of late night eating for the most part. I am not perfect, but getting better. I also have lost three weeks in a row, so I'm crossing my fingers that I am off my plateau I've been on since Christmas when I fell off the wagon. I am back to my pre-christmas weight and have lost another lb. So headed in the right direction. 14 lbs from my goal. 36 lbs lost so far! Woot Woot! The stress is still there but am trying to get up and pace instead of eat. Hope it keeps working because its going to be a stressful couple of months.
