No loss!! I thought I did well yesterday. Disappointed!!!!

BLOOD SUGAR LEVEL IS 106 AT 6:00 P.M.




241.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 81.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
