Wow. Hit a major milestone! 1/4 of the way there in a week. Hit 179.9 from 190. Results of hitting the gym every day for a 1 hour workout. (Yesterday worked out for 2 hours as was waiting for my flat tire fix. Lol). Also averaged ~1,200 calories per day. Averaged 7,000 steps.
