😠 a month of not logging meals, wasting time, up and down the same numbers, self sabotage. thanks for the support, I use this like a diary to myself and forget others read it. knowing my body I expect 202 by Thurs. goal was 199 by Aug 1. could have beat that by weeks....substitute ice cream for ***, 185 sep 15 seems daunting. Big weekends rest of summer, b days, weddings , festivals uhg
206.1 lb Lost so far: 23.9 lb.    Still to go: 31.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 5.3 lb a week

I've also forgotten that I've made my journal public until I saw some likes and comments. Knowing others can read my weight and diary holds me more accountable.

I can relate, always something going on that throws off the routine. I just have to keep reminding myself that life is always going to happen so I just have to power through. On the other side, don't beat yourself up, every day is a chance to make good choices! You got this!
