180.4 this morning, not too shabby really considering I just had a three-day weekend. Brats, beer, snacks, pop, fried chicken... it was a good weekend :)

Back on track though, shouldn't take me long to hit 179, I hope.

Seeing something on the news right now about a "Soda Tax" which is just ridiculous. They (gov't officials) are saying they are going to take the heat so they can get the word out about the bad health effects soda brings. This kind of "Big-Brother-We-Know-Better-Than-You" crap drives me crazy.</rant>
180.4 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
