1663 kcal Fat: 45.63g | Prot: 76.54g | Carb: 253.50g.   Breakfast: Canadian Brand Maple Ham, Oatmeal, Raisins, Cream (Half & Half). Lunch: Green String Beans, Corn, Turkey Breast Meat. Dinner: Barbeque Potato Chips, Italian Salad Dressing, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Turkey & Cheese Sandwich (Regular). Snacks/Other: Peanut Butter Cookies (Soft Type), Plain Yogurt, Baby Carrots, Ambrosia, Hard Candy, Baked Wheat Vanilla Stix, York Peppermint Patty, Blueberries, Apples. more...
