Thursday is always the best. going to try harder over the weekend. I always want to celebrate a new low with ice cream and pizza. emotional eating and storm eating are real.
204.6 lb Lost so far: 25.4 lb.    Still to go: 29.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 10.5 lb a week

💯 Try to find a new way to celebrate. Try to rewire your brain to look at food as fuel instead of a reward. Remember, you are strong! Good luck to you!

Nothing wrong with using food to celebrate meeting a new goal. The only criteria is choosing something you may not regularly eat but don't because of the price. For example...pick up one of those small premade sushi trays at Sam's,Costco or the grocery. Or, buying the best cut of a steak but keep your portion under control. Stop reaching for the same old junk and you can still use food as a reward and a treat. Good Luck!!
