Great day of Exercise yesterday. Nice 40 minute run and then Stairmaster. This was followed by solid strength training. Ate very well. The journey continues
190.5 lb Lost so far: 2.3 lb.    Still to go: 22.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 6.3 lb a week
