first week great! I'm not finding it too tough but then again I've not gone out to eat or drank any alcohol! hopefully I will lose a pound next week and so on....really happy!
187.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
