I just started my weight loss journey over again last month but hadn’t changed much of my diet and as expected my weight hasn’t changed but I’m changing that today. I have to be better.
174.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
