Dropped food rules from 2/25 to 3/1 for Estrella. I ate a lot, but fought and camped in the desert, plus four days of driving. Insignificant gain for the lapse, and I am probably healthier for it. One meal with beef restarted GI symptoms, so a good reminder to not eat beef.
